色氨酸（Trp）是人体必需的氨基酸。色氨酸代谢受肠道微生物直接或间接调节，其代谢产物具有免疫、代谢、神经调节功能，已成为多种疾病的潜在治疗靶点。本方法针对色氨酸3条代谢通路中的23/25种代谢物，利用基于LC-MS的MRM技术对色氨酸代谢途径、通路中的产物进行高通量绝对定量分析。
